  • Australian Yoga Academy 42 Clifton Street Prahran Australia (map)

A workshop for yoga teachers and teacher trainees.

In this practical, hands-on workshop, learn what it means to approach yoga facilitation from a trauma-informed and inclusive mindset, and why this is a best-practice skill-set for all professionals in the sector.

Together, we will explore:

- Mental health awareness and what this means for teaching
- Skills of holding space, attunement and co-regulation
- Practical techniques for creating a learning environment that is safe, professional and welcoming to all
- Self-resourcing and support - boundaries, referrals and your own self-care
