Trauma-informed and mental health-aware mindfulness, yoga and somatic practices;
Anti-oppressive and decolonising approaches to pedagogy, course design and facilitation;
Restorative and embodied mindfulness practices designed specifically for young people;
Embodied facilitation skills, including youth group facilitation skills, somatic boundary work, dynamic group agreement frameworks, managing challenging behaviours, and co-regulation and self-attunement practices that are specific to working with young people; and
A supportive framework for designing and delivering youth-focused programs for individuals and groups.
